Cheeky Monkey is back to a crew of two! The crew have all caught flights and boats on to new destinations and now Ryan and Tasha are making plans to sail off the grid to some of the more remote islands and atolls of the South Pacific. But remote anchoring requires stocking up on a few important things, which is what this story is about.
See what Tasha and Ryan do to prepare Cheeky Monkey for a few months at anchor and get a feeling for the island of Hiva Oa in the Marquesas as they happen upon an inter-island Polynesian song and dance festival held at a local church.
It’s time to get sailing again and go exploring! We hope you enjoy the journey.
NOTE: Our sincerest apologies for the delay in video updates. We’ve been enjoying life on land and snow in Lake Tahoe during this Cyclone Season in French Polynesia, but we’re back to work! We had a great time meeting so many of you as we crossed the USA in our Mini and we’re looking forward to meeting a few more of you in the Bay Area or Lake Tahoe — stay tuned for our last and final meet-ups!
Hi guys
We are really happy that your back on the CAT again.
